For our Client, well-known international company located in Kraków we are looking for a person interested in the role of Data Management Analyst.

Your new role
Support existing data management program to address data vulnerabilities and support standards for strong data management.
The responsibilities include:
  • Work closely with Business on developing, delivering and maintaining data management documents to improve the way Company acquires, stores, manages, shares, and uses data.
  • Oversee of data management projects to ensure that activities are carried out in accordance with established specifications and schedules.
  • Conduct regular reviews of data management documents: visual data maps, personal data inventory, application inventory, storage, information security, privacy, data retention and data integration.
  • Build and maintain an in-depth understanding of the Company's technical infrastructure and operational processes in relation to the processing of personal data.
  • Work closely with Data Privacy and Information Security to ensure significant changes to data management documents are communicated
  • Work closely with Data Privacy and Information Security to ensure results of due diligence exercises are appropriately documented in data management documents in a timely manner
  • Work closely with all Company's functional departments to understand and capture key business and IT processes.
  • Serve as a first line of defense for Group's functional departments on general personal data questions.
  • Support Global Data Privacy and Information Security to ensure adherence to data retention policies and practices.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Ability to build networks of relationships.
  • Experience in leading projects.
  • Previous experience with Information Security/data protection will be an asset.
  • Data warehouse or Data Management tool (i.e. SAS, etc.) experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required from an accredited college or university in a related field.
  • Travel may be required.
  • Ability to understand complex data models and translate the architecture into action plans.
  • Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
  • Comfortable working in a team environment.
