For our Client, international automotive company located in Kraków, we are currently looking for Data Governance Expert/ Product Master Data Management Expert (Regular or Senior).
Your new role
Holding the role of Data Governance Analyst, you will be a part of Product Master Core team and report directly to Manager from Product Master Data. Also, you will cooperate with Steering team, Power Users and Local Coordinators of data cleansing and data migration. You will be involved in supporting the process of establishing one source for Product Master Data managing (Windchill PLM). Your main duties will include: identifying initiatives that need data governance, creation and approval of data standards, data guidelines, master data management related IT rules and IT standards, monitoring of master data quality, solving problems, communicate about the importance of data governance and monitoring of the achievement of goals for the data governance.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful candidate you need to hold min. 3 years of experience as Data Governance Analyst/ Product Master Data Management Analyst together with strong experience in creating data governance practices, solving business and technology issues related to management of company master data. Also, you must be able to demonstrate consulting skills, with change management concepts, including communication and culture change. Due to work in international environment you need to speak fluent English.
