Requires good analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources. Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required. Regularly Significant impact in terms of project size, geography, etc. by influencing decisions through advice, counsel and/or facilitating services to others in area of specialization.

  • Maintaining up to date Data dictionaries for portfolio of supported applications
  • Coordination with Business/Global Function Process Owners to maintain data in adherence with the retention guidelines and facilitation of safe, accurate and controlled sourcing, transport, access and storage of data at the application level.
  • Maintenance of Data Quality rules in their systems and confirm accuracy and availability of data for decision support, regulatory and financial reporting, and compliance monitoring
  • Subject matter expertise for designated applications and functional areas to support business and tech processes.
  • Participation in global and regional initiatives to support business and technology driven projects
  • Active monitoring of applications to identify policy compliance risks, vulnerabilities, and security issues
  • Participation in application releases, development, testing, deployment into production and COB testing.
  • Working with 3rd party vendors on application development requirements/delivery and support of PROD management team in resolution of PROD incidents.
  • 2 years of experience in IT Project Manager role
  • Experience and understanding of different PM Waterfall/Agile (Basic understanding of software development lifecycle would be a plus)
    Advanced execution capabilities and ability to adjust quickly to changes and re-prioritization
  • Effective written and verbal communications including ability to explain technical issues in simple terms that non-IT staff can understand.
    Demonstrated analytical skills/ Ability to plan and organize workload
    Issue tracking and reporting using tools (MS Office/Jira/Confluence).
    Good all-round technical skills
    Effectively share information with other support team members and with other technology teams
  • Ability to communicate appropriately to relevant stakeholders
