Data and Reporting Analyst
The main purpose of this role is to produce and communicate all Procurement Operations reporting and insights gained from the data to enable business decisions and continuous improvement. The Data & Reporting Analyst will participate in the end to end Procurement Operations project aimed at ensuring spend compliance to achieve Procurement savings by increasing compliance to contracts and improve employee experience.

Description
- Provide analysis on costs, new and existing and review cost reduction activities
- Prepare reports and updates as and when required
- Design business analysis and data reports for use by Procurement Operations and tailoring the content to the various management audiences
- Maintain databases and perform updates
- Accurately analyse and collect data for various types of Procurement Operations reports (e.g. % of spend on contract, PO / Non-PO, spend by buying channel, process time tracking)
- Create business reports that provide insight into key data points
- Communicate the results of data analysis in written and verbal form to managers
Profile
- 2 to 3 years proven experience in a data analyst role
- Bachelor's degree in business; Procurement, Accounting or Finance or relevant experience
- Proficiency using or ability to learn using new analytical tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI, Tableau, system reports) and ability to use SQL
- Previous experience of working with source to pay systems (e.g. Basware, Coupa, Ariba or other relevant applications) is an advantage but not essential
- Fluent English
- Proven track record from similar organisations or positions
- Excellent skills in Word and Excel
- Ability to develop successful and strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
