THE COMPANY

Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Noord-Holland Netherlands.

You will work within a global change programme.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

As the Data and Change Manager you will be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of a global enterprise database management system within a complex transition programme. You will align the data according to the global strategy, but you are also responsible for the compliancy and quality of all delivered data. In order to do so you will collaborate with specialists in the field of Finance, Supply Chain and Operations and implement the desired change within a large multinational.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Maintenance and improvement of the enterprise architecture
- Collaborate with champions in order to implement changes within a global programme
- Advise on improvement opportunities
- Support the PMO in the Quality Assurance of data for transition programme
- Create, implement and maintain a data model for a global organisation
- Alignment of the data with the global programme strategy
- Support the global transition teams
- UAT / Functionality testing
- Training of best practices for end-users and ensure that new roles are adopted accordingly
- Data modelling

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant area
- At least 7 years of experience in ERP implementations and/or Data Modelling
- Previous experience as Project / Change Manager is a strong plus
- Experience within transition programmes is a strong plus
- Specialist in MS Access and SharePoint
- Strong knowledge of cross-functional collaborations and organisational design
- Strong knowledge of Databases and Business Intelligence
- Knowledge of business processes (preferably Supply Chain and/or Finance)
- Strong persuasive personality
