For one of our Clients - leading supplier of networking equipment and network management for the Internet, we are currently looking for:

Data Analyst

Main duties and responsibilities:

Data Analyst is responsible for working alongside the Customer and the Account Team to validate/analyze the collected network configuration data against Client's inventory database.

This data is then required to be reconciled against the service contract information already set up in internal systems.

This is so that each product can be tracked to ensure that it qualifies and remains under entitlement for service support based on the pre-defined commercial conditions.

This equates to the Customer being assured to receive service support when it is requested.

Requirements:

Perfect Data Analyst will be able to rapidly and efficiently collect, format and analyze data, check it for validity, and to work alongside the Technical Advisors, as necessary, to validate part codes, serial numbers and any other associated information to support Service renewal process in CEE, Middle - East and North Africa.

That is why we are looking for someone who has:

• Data analysis experience with strong emphasis on Expert level MS Excel and Advanced level MS Access
• Fluent knowledge of English

Good knowledge of network issues will be an advantage.
