Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst you will:
- Provide high quality analytical input to support the development and implementation of innovative processes and problem resolution
- Capture, validate and document business and data requirements
- Interpret and visualise large volumes of data to identify, support and challenge business opportunities
- Perform data extraction, storage, manipulation, processing and analysis
- Conduct and support options analysis identifying the most appropriate solution
- Develop high level operating and business models
- Create detailed process documentation and associated training material
- Create and executes quality assurance at various stages of the project in order to validate the analysis and to ensure data quality
- Manage and prioritises workstack and allocated projects to ensure high quality work and on time delivery to meet stakeholders expectations
- Support improving team and customer performance by Role modelling Core Service Behaviours
Required skills:
- At least 3 years of experience (desirable 5 years)
- Proven application of business analysis tools and techniques (Teradata/Hadoop/Genie)
- Ability to use core technical skills (SQL/SAS)
- Appropriate level of knowledge of data in own area and across wider unit
- Fluent English is a must
