We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:
Data Analyst
Location: Kraków
Key Accountabilities:
Work with the Project manager and Programme Manager and Architect(s) to ensure all analysis activities are fulfilled satisfactorily
Finding and implement solutions
Preparing standard reports for Group Sourcing function (using tools like MS Excel, Business Objects)
Performing a full range of tasks that support process workflow including admin activities, gathering new requirements and communication with various stakeholders
Preparing ad hoc reports as per business needs
Conduct Current State analysis within the domain to better understand:
Current systems landscape
Data entities & data flow picture
Functional model mapping
Key business pain points
Data Quality issues
Requirements:
Min. 2 years of relevant experience
Data analysis experience
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (building/editing macros, etc. would be considered as an advantage)
Experienced in working within Agile delivery model and project structures
Business Process modelling & Re-engineering experience is vital using BPMN 2.0 standards
Understanding and implementation of key agile artefacts
Requirements decomposition to User story mapping
Very good communication and organization skills
Excellent verbal and written English skills
