We are looking for a strong Business Analyst to join a Client Delivery Team for APJC HR organisation to support data-driven execution of HR services for Sales function as HR Data Analyst.
The ideal candidate is curious, fast learner, possessing the sharp analytical skills to identify and then turn data into information to enable decision making.
Role Overview and Skills:
- Understanding of business process management and business requirements and be able to translate them to specific service requirements
- Document and analyse the required information and data
- Extract, process and present the data gathered from incident, problem and other service management tools to measure and improve service levels
- Advanced to Expert excel skills for data gathering, processing
- Data analysis - manage large spreadsheets and consolidate data; collate and analyse metrics data from variety of sources such a surveys and databases for reporting to internal team and senior management.
- Present data in a clear concise manner
- Ability to work in a fast changing and fast paced environment; ability to adapt, embrace and manage change.
- Strong communication skills
- Able to grasp the big picture
- Identify opportunities for Improvement, including optimization, proactivity, innovation
- Establish productive and reciprocal relationships, manages stakeholders
- Facilitate knowledge and information sharing and leverage team
- Excellent Power Point and Excel skills, ideally Tableau.
- Nice to have more than 4 years of experience in Data Analyst
- Advanced English
