Our client – a leader in biotechnology is looking for a candidate for the role of a OpenXchange Analyst who will support transparency requirements defined by EFPIA Code & National EU Country Pharma Association Codes.
The candidate will be expected to implement and keep necessary tools and processes required to meet the highest data quality standards and strict reporting deadlines. The candidate will work in an expert team and will participate in providing continuous improvement proposals related to the current process and procedures. You will prepare for EFPIA / national Disclosure reports, run and review disclosure reports on a quarterly basis, identify issues and remediate. Drive communications based on regional guidance with HCPs and support the resolution and response to HCP Disclosure enquiries. You will review and manage all errors, facilitate correction in source systems with business process owners or override errors, and complete root cause analysis and ensure issues are remediated.
An ideal candidate has excellent verbal and written communication skills, is fluent in English and in Italian. We expect experience in working with a wide range of stakeholders and working experience in an SSC environment. Strong organisational skills and proficiency across MS Word, PPT and Excel are required.
