We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:

 

Cybersecurity Operations Reporting Analyst

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Production of multiple reporting artefacts for the GCO function, including supporting the necessary change to ensure Cybersecurity systems are producing the necessary MI, reporting is automated wherever feasible and reporting capability is continuously improved.

Reporting on GCO resource usage and forecasts.

Supporting and coordinating the maintenance of all technical security standards owned by the GCO function.

Supporting and coordinating the maintenance of all GCO process and procedures.

Risk and audit issue management – Supporting and reporting on regulatory, risk and audit issue mitigation actions owned by the GCO function.

Internal control assurance – Supporting the reviewing, gathering of evidence and reporting on effectiveness of GCO internal controls.

Supplier management – Supporting the co-ordination of supplier management meetings with GCO supplier owners. Supporting the maintenance, tracking and reporting on supplier performance, issues, risks and remediation of such.

Cybersecurity mail box management – Managing the response to GCO Mailbox queries and/or redirection to specialist functions.

Incoming security assurance response management – Supporting the broader Cybersecurity function in responding to third party requests for assurance on company operational security activities.

Supporting a culture of individual self-improvement, development and self-directed learning, whereby staff are expected to maintain subject matter expertise within their area of focus and within the realm of cyber security more broadly.

Supporting engagement of Company Global Businesses and Functions to drive a global up-lift in cyber-security awareness and help to evangelise Cybersecurity efforts and success.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

Skills:

An understanding of business needs and commitment to delivering high-quality, prompt and efficient service to the business.

An understanding of organisational mission, values and goals and consistent application of this knowledge.

Ability to define and refine operational procedures, workflows and processes to support the team in consistent, quality execution of its reporting requirements.

A team-focused mentality with the proven ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

A basic understanding of cyber security principles, global financial services business models, regional compliance regulations and applicable laws.

A basic understanding and knowledge of common industry cyber security frameworks, standards and methodologies, including; OWASP, ISO2700x series, PCI DSS, GLBA, EU data security and privacy acts, FFIEC guidelines, CIS and NIST standards.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to produce clear and concise reports for targeted audiences across internal and external stakeholders.

Ability to speak, read and write in English, in addition to your local language.

Industry Experience and Qualifications:

Candidates will be evaluated primarily upon their ability to demonstrate the competencies required to be successful in the role, as described above. For reference, the typical work experience and educational background of candidates in this role are as follows:

1+ years’ experience in a similar reporting role, preferably within a regulated enterprise scale organisation or service provider.

Industry recognised cyber security related certifications including; CISM, CISA and/or CISSP would be beneficial, but not essential.

Formal education and advanced degree in Management, Business, Finance, Technology or similar and/or commensurate demonstrated work experience in the same.
