For one of our crucial Clients located in Gliwice we are currently looking for a person interested in the role of Cyber Security Specialist.
Your new role
As a Cyber Security Specialist you will be responsible of maintaining coherence in security concept, tools and best practices. If you understand security matters and being excited by performing vulnerability and compliance testing then this position is for you. You should be able to work shifts. Your daily duties includes monitoring and analyzing information security alerts, ensuring that all incidents, alerts and exceptions are responded to accordance with established procedure.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you should have a minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, computer security, or related technical discipline coupled with one year experience in information technology. Moreover, you need to be familiar with security scanners, SIEM, monitoring, auditing and intrusion detection systems, and forensic response. As a successful Candidate you need to be familiar with threat intelligence, alerts, vulnerabilities, and anti-virus software. Very good communication skills is a must. It would be an additional plus If you hold one of the following certifications or would be capable of holding one: Security Essentials, CCNA, CompTIA Security, CompTIA Network, MILE2 certifications or you have experience of vulnerability and threat assessment.
