A a Customer Service Specialist you will be the first point of contact for Customers form Great Britain. You will resolve Customer requests received via all phone according to agreed service levels and service standards and deliver high quality standard service to them.
We are looking for a person with great communication and excellent listening skills with willingness to compromise to reach a resolution. You should be customer focused, flexible and able to think outside of the box. Fluent English skills are required (C1/C2).
