Our client is a professional Medical Devices organization, based in Belgium.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

As the Value proposition specialist you will have to become the marketing specialist of the entire portfolio. Over the years an enormous amount of data has been collected by follow up at customers and clients, but this data has never been used properly. It will be your task to go out and find the information (either by contacting our clients or using our extensive databases) and build a case study on how we can improve the marketing on our products. You will have to be able to translate the data into proof and use this proof the influence our marketing strategy.
The case study has to show how the products link to the value enabler and helps you through to the implication for the patients.
Besides the team in the Netherlands you will be working closely with multiple international teams as well.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Networking within the company over the different niches
- Assessing where to focus on per niche, priorities and start to work which case study to bring forward
- Building case studies using the data base, as well as interviews with clients and line managers
- Getting acquainted with our portfolio and clients
- Supporting the Marketing and Sales team with setting up new strategy and how to exert these

REQUIREMENTS

- You have a strong analytical mind
- Finished a Master in Marketing, Business, Communication or Life Sciences paired with equal experience
- At least 5 years of Marketing experience
- An affinity with orthopaedics and willing to learn
- A born story teller. You should be able to translate the data into an understandable case study
- Good at networking and strong communicative abilities
