For our Client based in Łódź, we are looking for an experienced candidate with the food background, for a position of Customer Technical Services Team Leader. Successful candidate will be responsible for managing small team of 5 people and production of customer product specifications.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for production of customer product specifications and co-ordinates all customer specific technical requirements
Managing a team and ensuring that all responses to internal and external clients are completed accurate and timely
Ensure that the customer product specifications and all associated documents are completed on time, accurately and in full
Interpreting, evaluating and implementing regulations and industry standards
Identifying and participating in process improvements
Ensure that escalation process is followed as required
Responsible for recruiting, hiring, developing and coaching the team
Requirements:
University Degree in Technical area or Food Science
Fluent English language
At least 3 years of professional experience in the food industry, e.g. technical, R&D or technical customer service
Working experience in team management
Strong systems knowledge: ISO, BRC, EFSIS
Well organised, methodical and auditing skills
