Customer Support Specialist with Spanish
Location: Warsaw
Key Accountabilities:
supporting Spanish clients,
building up positive relationships with customers,
resolving issues in a timely manner and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction,
providing explanations in relation to customer complaints (both written and by phone),
monitoring of the situation on financial markets,
accepting transaction orders by phone,
working with the CRM system.
Requirements:
Spanish language – C1 level required,
responsibility and ability to multitask, prioritize and close tasks quickly,
strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills,
good knowledge of MS Office,
ability to shift work,
previous experience in a customer service role would be an advantage.
