Customer Support Specialist with EnglishMiejsce pracy: Kraków

Main duties:

  • Handle incoming e-mails and calls from high profile customers regarding technical issues related to everyday usage of the application
  • Use the Call Tracking System to document and manage problems and work requests and their respective resolutions and circumvention's
  • Analyze and resolve most common enquiries using step-by-step solutions
  • Work closely with 2nd line support to obtain technical knowledge and to permanently solve difficult problems

What you'll need:

  • Fluent written&oral English (C1) 
  • 1-2  years of customer service, technical helpdesk or similar experience
  • Highly developed communication skills
  • Analytical and systematic problem solving skills required 
  • Ability to work shifts (8-15/15-23)
  • Addidtional language will be a plus
