Customer Support Officer with English

Process of General Banking Services, Cards Operations & e-Fraud monitoring activities and cooperation with team members, line manager and business partner in order to deliver high quality of services and satisfy Customer needs
Check and process all types of applications and transactions
Be a point of contact for Business Partner
Support for newly migrated processes
Procedures development
Support cross training
Requirements:
Well spoken and written English
High attention to detail
Analytical skills and ability to take initiative
Self-motivation and willingness to learn quickly
Time management skills and ability to prioritize
Customer service experience nice to have
