THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Chemicals organization, based in Gelderland Netherlands.
The company is specialized in the analysis of environmental, pharmaceutical and food products which they offer to their clients.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
The role is a combination of sales and chemistry. You will be in touch with clients from different countries and act like the link between the different labs, account managers and transport services.
As coordinator you are responsible for realizing the optimal service to international clients. You advise the clients on the different possibilities that the company offers and take the client through the process. You are the first point of contact for both clients and labs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Advice customers on the possibilities the company has to offer in terms of analysis, packaging and transportation.
- Coordinating incidents and making sure of the right follow up.
- Manage long term relations with clients.
- Take in new assignments.
- Coordinate orders and make sure delivery is on time
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor or Master in Analytical Chemistry
- 1-3 years working experience in a lab environment or commercial environment
- Experience with client contact
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Client focused and pro-active
- Good knowledge of analytic chemistry and the analysis of chemical products
