For our client - a dynamically developing company specializing in the high technology industry, we are seeking a candidate for the position of:
Customer Support Agent with Korean
Miejsce pracy: BiałystokPerson employed on this position will be responsible for:
- Offering support and solving end user issues in the client software applications,
- Faithful translation of documents into Korean language,
- Comprehensive customer service and looking after company’s reputation,
- Participation in internal communication between English and non-English speaking employees to ensure understanding and improve peers’ language competences.
From candidates we expect:
- Readiness to work in shift work system, including weekends and holidays.
- English language at B2/C1 level and native Korean,
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service area,
- Legal authorization to work in Poland,
- Good computer skills,
- Strong verbal and oral communication skills,
- Experience in using a ticketing system would be an asset.
