  • You will provide first tier of IT and accounting advice via chat, email and phone by answering customer’s queries and guiding them through daily challenges.
  • You will have influence on Visma’s image and a possibility to boost up relations with our customers.
  • You will be responsible for assisting in the further development of our products by feedback, software quality assurance, etc.
  • You will have the unique opportunity to fully use your excellent language skills in Swedish or Norwegian

  • Excellent written and verbal skills in Swedish/Norwegian
  • Excellent communication skills and a good phone manner
  • Willingness to learn, to take initiatives and to provide excellent customer service
  • Interest in finance and accounting


  • Education / experience within accountancy / finance / business applications
