For Our Client, global FMCG producer, due to development of the department, we are looking for Customer Service Specialist with German.
The selected Candidate will be responsible for processing of customer orders, ensuring product availability and managing order transportation. Moreover, understanding specific customer needs from packing requirements through to transportation and lead time management.
Additionally, the selected person will be responsible for management of any customer returns, phone/email contact with customers. In this role you will cooperate with logistics department to check delivery times and delays and dealing with issues related to sales over forecast. Besides that, the chosen Candidate will work collaboratively with Supply and Demand Planning teams to manage product availability issues.
We would like to hire someone with experience in customer service, ideally order management/ OTC/OTI process. Our Client is looking for Candidates who can speak German on minimum B2 level. As it is American brand, ideally the Candidates should speak English on communicative level B1/B2 as well. Knowledge of SAP system would be beneficial, however it is not essential. If you are a fast learner and would like to develop your skills within supply chain, do not hesitate to send your CV.
