On behalf of our Client - new international company located in Cracow, we are looking for German Speakers to join freshly-established team.
In this role, you will act as first point of contact for German-speaking customers. Your duties will include providing first class support, handling incoming phone calls and e-mails from customers and timely responding to issues.
We are looking for motivated candidates, who speak German on at least B2 level and have good English skills as well. Previous experience is an asset, however it is not required. In this role you should be customer-oriented, present well-developed communication skills, and have organized approach to work.
