Your new companyan International Company – BPO – in Poznan, we are looking for Customer Service Specialist with German and English!

Your new role
Within this position you will be responsible for providing customer service to business clients and resolving their queries related with Print-On-Demand (POD) via chat and mail. You will work in the ticket system and you will be the first point of contact for customers. Your duties will include building and maintaining good relationships with customers and cooperating with all relevant departments to resolve customer issues.

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for Candidates with fluent German (C1) and good English (B2).

An ideal Candidate has to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills as well as ability to multi-task and work under pressure. Previous experience in customer service and good technical skills are in plus.
