Our client is a fast-paced worldwide known transport company,who opened their Shared Service Center in Cracow few years ago. To support their growth we are looking for detail-focused candidates with excellent command of French and good command of English, who are ready to take the next step in their career. No previous experience on similar position is required on this role.
Working in this position you will be responsible for daily contact with French clients and resolving upcoming queries related to international transportation. You will also perform various quality checks to ensure, that all documents meet the internal and external compliance policies and are being processed in appropriate manner as well, as they are up to date.
