The international company located in Łódź is currently looking for Service Desk Agent with Finnish language
Such a person would:
receive, log, classify and prioritise incident and RfS calls.
perform 1st line diagnosis and resolution, if possible.
route incident and RfS calls to appropriate resolver groups and progress to closure with users.
route calls to the Asset Agents where asset details are required to be updated.
escalate incident calls as necessary and according to procedure.
record accurate details of calls (user, asset, resolution, user satisfaction information)
To succeed in this role you will need excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills as well as fluent command of English and at least communicative Finnish. It is equally important to be well-organized and have the ability to prioritize and work on different task simultaneously.
