For our client, one of the most fast-developing financial corporation, we are currently looking for ambitious and communicative person on Customer Service position with excellent English skills.
You will be responsible for:
- contact with customers – both of e-mail and phone call;
- providing clear explanations and solutions for customers (or forwarding queries to the next line of support)
- building and maintaining good relationship with customers;
- supporting customers during the whole process.
Our requirements:
- excellent English skills (C1 level);
- highly interpersonal, problem-solving and time management skills;
- ability to work under pressure;
- previous experience in customer service will be an asset.
