We are looking for the person to hold the position Customer Service with Englishto one of the company in Cracow.
Your responsibilities:
As a Customer Service with Englishyou will be responsible forusing a computer daily, so need to be PC-literate and able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail, along with comfort with numerical calculations (required for manual bill calculations) such as basic addition, subtraction and functional maths skills. You will be also responsible for customers' problems solving, taking care of customers, everyday contact by phone and e-mail.
Our requirements
To be a good Candidate for this role you need to have very good communication skills and ability to work in the team,very good verbal/ written English (C1 min.), 2 years of experience in Customer Service or willingness to grow in this area.
