For our client a popular and well-known brand from fashion industry based in Warsaw, we are looking for a candidate for a role of team leader with Czech or Slovak.
Main responsibilities on this position include coordinating work of the team of around 8 customer service agents for Czech and Slovak markets and managing their development. The team leader will also organise team meetings, provide feedback to agents, coach them and support in achieving their goals, follow up their KPI's and activity reports.
We are looking for a candidate with fluent Czech or Slovak and very good English and with an experience in customer service. Moreover, to be successful in this role you need to be well-organised, willing to learn and have positive attitude.Previous experience in team leading will be a great advantage but we are also open for candidates who want to start their managerial path.
Our client offers a work contract and stable working conditions, benefit package and the possibility to work in the office in the centre of Warsaw. Relocation package is available for candidates from abroad.
