For our Client, well known financial company, we are currently looking for the team of French speakers that will be based in Kraków, Poland.
While working at the position of Customer Service Support, you will be dealing with Clients in France. Those are mainly international companies, but from time to time there would be also a need to deal with individual customers.
Your job will be to:collect information about Client’s need regarding online tools- that include information about applications functionality, available options, collecting information would be the main purpose for the application. You will be preparing reports and documents that IT Development departments will use to customize the tool with customer needs.You will be also a first point of contact for Clients that are not sure how to use their application, how to deal with international money transfers and payments.
We are looking for Candidateswith very good English and French languages (preferably both at C1 level) and that have experience in Customer Service area (IT Support, banking operations, call center, sales). Excellent communication skills and interest in online tools and applications would be an advantage. Ability to work in a team as well as very good analytical skills are also required.
