Customer Service Supervisor

For our client, an international Real Estatecompany based in Warsawandincluded in the Fortune 500 due to rapid grow we are currently looking forthe Customer Service Supervisor.
The Customer Service Supervisorwill be responsible for Supervising the Customer Service Representatives andprocessing work orders in a service centre environment in accordance with established processes and procedures including handling all customer calls, dispatching service request to the appropriate assignment, managing all work-in-progress calls including following-up with the customer to ensure satisfactory completion, and promptly resolving deficiencies.
Other responsibilities will include:
- Handles escalations
- Schedules rotas
- Escalates emergency projects; responds quickly to emergency situations
- Maintains organized files and staff schedules
- Ensures all actions are in accordance with national standards and corporate policies
- Assists in the testing and implementation of new technology
- Performs special projects as required
- Maintains ongoing communications with customers and vendors
- Holds vendors accountable for lapses in service and arranges for immediate resolution of issues
Key Requirements:
- Demonstrated supervisory experience
- Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service
- Fluent knowledge of English AND one of the following languages: German, Italian, Spanish or Portuguese is a must
- Experience in property/facility management including knowledge of property management services such as janitorial, HVAC, lighting, landscaping will be an asset
- Ready to work in shifts
