Currently, for our Client, an international company who established its Business Centre in Katowice, we are looking for a experienced Supervisor who will join and coordinate the team of Customer Service.

As a Customer Service Manager you will lead team up to 10 people, deal with queries from Customers Team in a timely manner, respond to complaints and escalated problems. You will also actively search for solutions that bring satisfaction to clients and build a good company image. Moreover you will maintain accuracy on customer forecast information to support all planning activities as well as maintain accurate and organized customer files. Your key responsibilities include motivating, training and developing your team and create employee commitment and satisfaction. What is important you will actively take part in building new structures at the company, standardise and implement new solutions as well as built strong department strategy.

We are looking for a Leaders with strong managerial skills and strong customer orientation. You should be able to share knowledge and constant improvement. Excellent communication and problem solving skills, and experience in coordination of team work is essential as well as fluency in English.
