Customer Service Specialist
We are looking for a candidate who is experienced in order management activities and customer service.
Client Details
Our Client is a global company which specialises in production and sales and of high-quality ceramics, refractory materials and control systems for industries. SSC is located in Cracow.
Description
- Responding to customer queries via email, live chat, video, phone, and social media channels
- Escalating serious complaints or issues that you are not equipped to deal with
- Cooperating with colleagues or managers to find the best solutions to customer's issues
- Identifying common problems and escalating them to management, along with possible suggestions for improvement, wherever possible
- Obtaining and sharing customer feedback with colleagues and other departments
- Ensuring that customer requirements are fulfilled. Supporting and following-up of new customers creation process. Assisting in the customer complaint and return process
- Providing training to new customer service specialists
Profile
- Fluent English any additional language is an advantage
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Ability to work in a dynamic work pace
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently with little oversight
- BA/BS college degree or its equivalent
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Practical experience with help desk software
- The flexibility to work irregular hours, when required
- Multitasking and prioritising capabilities
