For Our Client, the international producer, due to promotion of internal Candidate, we are looking for Customer Service Specialist with Italian.
On a daily basis you would be responsible for processing of customer orders with a high level of accuracy ensuring product availability and managing order transportation. Respond to all customer queries and complaints within agreed response times.
Moreover, you would manage customer returns and take part in complaint process. The orders from Clients are received via email/ entered via EDI. On a daily basis, you would be in phone contact with internal and external stakeholders. Such proactive customer engagement is needed due to management of Customers’ expectations on product availability, delivery times and delays. In terms of communication with internal departments you would deal with issues related to sales over forecast.
Additionally, the selected Candidate would create daily/weekly/monthly reports to drive decisions on own accounts. Furthermore, you would be seeking to review and implement continuous improvement to day to day role ensuring best practice always maintained.
We are looking for Candidates with experience in customer service/ supply chain area, who want to build and develop professional career within international and friendly environment. The selected Candidate has to possess well-developed communication skills and excellent command of English and Italian (at least on B2+ level) due to cooperation with Italian market. Knowledge of SAP system could be asset, however it is not essential.
