For one of our Clients, an international company strongly developing on the Katowice market, we are looking for candidates for Customer Service Specialist with Italian position.
Your new role:
As a Customer Service Specialist with Italian you will be responsible for operational tasks of orders or claims processing in the system, accurately and efficiently to achieve the fixed service level target, ensuring efficient customer service process and reviewing and solving tickets in Customer Relationship Management System.
Our expectations:
The ideal candidate for this position should have experience in the customer service area, good English and Italian skills (minimum B1 / B2). Good knowledge of SAP system will be an asset.
