For our client, a leader in outsourcing business based in Łódź, we are currently looking for German speaking Customer Service Specialist.
At your new role, you will be responsible for providing effective communication and professional relations with customers, suppliers and co-workers . Moreover, you will be responding to queries and solving problems related to Purchase Orders (getting authorizations, performing changes in the system, informing parties involved) and contacting clients and suppliers to solve overdue deliveries (finding new delivery date) .
In order to be successful at this role, you need to speak English and Spanish very well (at B2 – C1 level). Moreover, you need to have excellent communication skills, strong willingness to learn and face new challenges, as well as be customer oriented.
