Customer Service Specialist with German/Russian (m/f)
Work in completly new structures of global company in center of Krakow. Use the language on daily basis to cooperate with B2B clients. Become an expert in Customer Service.

Description
- Enter customer's orders/contracts & schedules into operation systems
- Handling customer communication regarding status of the order and delivery date confirmation
- Plan weekly schedules of customers shipments together with production department
- Coordinate any customised orders and special shipping requests from customers and sales with production and logistic department
- Create and maintain customer master data
- Issuing of commercial invoices and credit notes
- Supporting in resolution of loading and delivery queries.
- To understand customs procedures, ensure relevant declarations are correctly made to ensure compliance
- Cooperation with production and transport planning departments
- Constantly support improvement of processes
- Reporting on key performance indicators
Profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- English and German or Russian language on advanced level
- 1-2 years of experience in the similar position
- Problem solving skills, attention to details
- SAP knowledge will be an advantage
- Computer skills Windows based (MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Communication skills
- Well-organized, self- motivated, customer-oriented, team-player
- Permanent work permit
