Your new role
As a part of Customer Service team you will be responsible for receiving, registering and following customer’s service requests and complaints in line with a standardized, high performing servicing process. Your everyday duties will include building a strong and positive relationship with internal stakeholders and providing customer support in a timely and accurate manner with clear accountability for data integrity.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you need to speak French and English fluently. Your previous experience in dynamic multinational SSC environment will be an asset. Your excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and manage time effectively will lead to your success.
