Our Client, an International Organisation from manufacturing sector, to its headquarter located in Tczew, is looking for talented individuals for the position of: Customer Service Specialist with French.
The scope of duties for the chosen Candidate will include: receiving customer orders and preparing delivery confirmations, placing orders into the system, keeping client’s delivery schedule, taking and handling claims in accordance with order processing. Cooperation with Distribution Centre and logistics operators as well as with company’s internal departments will also be a part of the duties.
Our Client is looking for candidates who speak English and French fluently. We expect around 1 year of experience in a customer service or export/logistics department and University degree. Ideal Candidate has positive customer focus attitude and passion for working with customers, excellent communication skills. We are searching for self-confident and ready to face challenges people, good team members.
