For our Client, international and globally recognized company establishing its Global Business Service Center in Tricity, we are currently looking for a person to hold the position of Customer Service Representative with French (contact with high-end designers).
Your new role
Holding the position of CS Representative you will be responsible for managing a platform of customers (who are high-end designers) and maintaining a good business relationship with them according to the local policies. You will be contacting the clients in order to inform, support and consult them and follow-up with activities and you will be advising them on the whole product range, the stock situation, possibilities of various products, product applications, and novelties. Your duties will also include order and complain handling and ensuring that goods are shipped in accordance with applicable shipping procedure in close cooperation with exporting company and involved parties. You will be closely cooperating with other departments, e.g. Sales team and Marketing and Branding team.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal Candidate for this role should possess previous experience on customer-oriented position and be fluent in English and French. You should express interest in the fashion industry and knowledge of high-end brands. We are looking for a person who is capable of satisfying the demanding Clients needs and providing them with outstanding customer experience. You should be also capable of building and maintaining long-term relationships with them and building collaboration with other business lines.
