For our Client, financial company with SSC in Cracow, we are looking for a Candidate who speak fluent French and Spanish to join Customer Service Team based in a brand new office in Krakow.
While working at this role, you will be responsible for providing customer service via phone and mail- troubleshoot and contact other company’s departments in order to resolve clients’ issues. You will be also responsible for taking care of social media and chat online.
We are looking for Candidates with fluency in French and Spanish (both at C1 level) and preferably strong English language skills. At least 1 year of experience in customer service area as well as ability to work in an international environment is a must. We are looking for Candidate that is happy to talk to customers and is able to think outside of the box.
