For our client - an international company from sector SSC/BPO currently we are searching for:
Finnish speakers to work as Customer Service Specialist
Your responsibilities
· Provide professional customer service support in Finnish
· Proactively respond to client inquiries on a daily basis (inbound calls and e-mails);
· Building a good relationship with the customer
Requirements
· Fluent Finnish (C1)
· Good command of the English language (B2)
· Ability to effectively prioritize and resolve client needs
· Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
