For our in Warsaw, international pharmaceutical company, we are looking for individuals who would like to continue their career in administration department, providing assistance and support to employees in English and Polish.
In this positionyou will be responsible for: providing support to all-level employees regarding administrative issues. Your daily duties will include task like organizing internal and external travels, creating expense reports and managing different electronic data.
Who are we looking for?
Successful candidate needs to speak English fluently (at least C1 level) and know Polish. You will be able to not only to use your customer service experience but also develop your organization and communication skills. In here no one works alone, you will have many teammates to consult so your teamwork skills are also important. Previous experience in similar position is mandatory.
