As a Customer Service Specialist you will:
Take full responsibility of assigned customers' relationship and support.
Provide quality service and support in handling day-to-day activities of the customer service role for all customers in a perfect manner.
Identify and understand your customer's needs and provide them with the most suitable solution for their business activities.
Responds to customer queries via social media.
Qualifications:
Strong sense of Service / Customer Focus
Excellent communication skills
Fluent spoken and written English
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
