Our Client is an international company focusing on Human Resources Consulting and Outsourcing Solutions.
Working as part of the Customer Service Team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive telephone and email support and liaising with the Client / 3rd party vendors. You will be answering Clients' queries on HR processes, policies and procedures through a variety of channels (for example telephone, email, e-service or web chat).
We are looking for Candidates with fluent English and Dutch language skills.
Excellent organisational, administration and communication skills
Team player and the ability to work on own initiative
