For one of our clients - global organisation based in Warsaw - we are looking for multilingual, motivated individuals willing to join a dynamic, professional team providing every day support to international customers
Responsibilities:
Daily contact with individual and corporate clients (telephone and email)
Answering incoming queries
Processing data in internal system, updating information
Creating and maintaining good relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Co-operation with a team
Additional administrative tasks
Requirements:
Good command of English (written and spoken) in a must
Very good command of Dutch or French or German is a must (written and spoken)
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work as a part of a team
Ability to manage multiple tasks
Experience in customer service would be an asset
