For our Client, an international company specializing in distribution products in the field of electronics industrial, automation and mechanics, we are looking for a talented individual for the position of Customer Service Specialist with Czech/ Slovak.

Scope of the role: building long-term relationships with clients from the Slovak and Czech market

 

A person in this position will be responsible for:

  • Effective and timely supporting for clients' problems using: telephone, e-mail, Internet, live chat for processing orders, customer database management, handling any inquiries, complaints
  • Responding to incoming calls
  • Processing orders via telephone, fax, e-mail and letter
  • Providing high quality customer service

Requirements:

  • Experience in direct or telephone customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a changing environment
  • Computer skills (Microsoft applications, SAP knowledge is an advantage)
  • Good command of English and fluent Czech or Slovak (spoken and written)
