For our Client, we are currently looking for Candidate who want to join an international Czech team based in Warsaw.
As Customer Service Specialist, you would support the whole customer service process from order to invoice. On a daily basis it would be important to deal with customers by email and telephone, handle and resolve customer complaints, but also to respond to customer's inquiries.
We are looking for young potentials who want to build and develop professional career within an international and friendly environment. Excellent communication skills – Czech/Slovak (native speaker or person with advanced CZ/SK language skills) and English or Polish language is a must.
Knowledge of SAP system and some professional experience in customer service area could be an asset; however, it is not essential. If you are a fast-learner with the desire to succeed, do not hesitate and send your CV in English.
