Customer Service Specialist with Czech or Slovak
Miejsce pracy: Poznań
Key responsibilities:
• Communication with customers regarding enquiries, decoration possibilities and processed orders
• Supporting customers in every area of cooperation
• Entering to database and verifying information about clients’ orders
• Coordination of order flow in the system
• Cooperation with other departments in order to ensure realization of orders in accordance with our standards
Knowledge and experience:
• Very good knowledge of Czech or Slovak (C1 level)
• Very good knowledge of English (B1/B2 level)
• Previous experience in customer service is a nice to have
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Good knowledge of SAP system or other ERP system would be an asset
