For Our Client – a global company from SSC sector, we are looking for Customer Service Representative with knowledge of British English who would join the company’s office in Katowice.
As a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service for the company’s major British customers, developing relationships with the clients, servicing customers by answering their questions via phone and e-mail, processing orders.
Qualifications: preferable experience in working with customers, excellent communication skills and proactive attitude. Excellent English speaking skills / British English is a must, knowledge of Polish.
